We’ll custom-fit your bracelet, necklace, anklet, or ring directly to you using a quick, painless welding process with a specialized permanent jewelry welding machine. Since the ends of the chain are seamlessly fused together, your piece has no clasp and is designed to stay on “permanently”—until you decide to remove it.

We offer a curated selection of high-quality chains and charms so you can design a piece that’s truly your own. Choose from chains in gold filled, sterling silver, or stainless steel. To personalize your jewelry even further, we carry a variety of meaningful charms, including birthstone charms to represent special dates and lab-created opal charms that add a unique pop of color and shimmer. 

We do not at this time, but may potentially be able fit you in for a same-day appointment. Please text to confirm availability. 

The longevity of your permanent jewelry can vary depending on factors like your lifestyle, job, and daily routine. We can’t guarantee how long any individual piece will last. If your jewelry ever breaks or stretches, we’ll do our best to repair it for you. 

For certain medical procedures, you may be required to remove your jewelry. If so, just snip it at the jump ring using scissors or small cutters. After your appointment, please contact us and we can reweld it for you. 

We want you to enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible. Since the lifespan of each piece can be influenced by personal lifestyle, work environment, and other everyday factors beyond our control, we’re not able to offer refunds, replacements, or discounts for lost chains or charms. 

Yes! We can add a clasp to most chain styles and metal types so you can easily take your jewelry on and off. 

To ensure each person has ample time to selection their chains and charms, please book a separate appointment for each person. 

Rest assured that you will not feel a thing during the welding process. We use a micro tig welder made specifically for permanent jewelry which heats and welds only metal and does not harm skin. 

Over time, chains may stretch depending on your daily activities and lifestyle. Most of the time, we are able to tighten and reweld for free.

Sometimes, depending on the chain type and if the links have stretched, the chain may be beyond repair. In that case, a replacement may be necessary at the wearer's cost. 

If you do notice your jewelry has stretched, carefully remove it by cutting at the jump ring with clippers or household scissors.

Make sure to keep the chain. Make an appointment to see us and we can see if the chain can be repaired or resized. 

Please note that we’re unable to replace, refund, or discount lost chains or gemstones.

During your appointment, we will always do a detailed inspection to ensure your jewelry is properly welded and secure. If your chain breaks within 48 hours, we will repair it at no cost to you. 

Make sure to keep the chain and contact us to get in for a repair. 

After the 48 hour window, we’re happy to reweld your piece anytime for free.

Please note that lost chains and charms cannot be refunded, discounted, or replaced.

Yes! Welded jewelry is available for children starting at age 3, in the presence of and written consent from their parent or guardian. We ask that children under the age of 14 be accompanied by a guardian at their appointment. 

Please note that for children and teens, active lifestyles, sports and changing bodies can impact how long the jewelry lasts. While our jewelry is designed to be sturdy and long-lasting, like all jewelry, they’re not completely unbreakable.
